Your Garners Creek Community Church
Thanks for visiting our web site. Our prayer is that you would be blessed and strengthened by the power of Jesus Christ. We believe the Church is a people not a place. It is a fellowship of believers coming together to declare the glory of the Lord and celebrate Jesus as King. We study His Word, and endeavor to practice what we learn and in the process grow together. If you are looking for a home, come join our family.

VBS Sunday - 7/23   Join us at Ruskin Cave for a special CAVE QUEST II service followed by picnic on the grounds: driving instructions
(from Jason Chapel)   Take Garners Creek Rd toward Hwy 70.  At Highway 70, continue across the road.  You are no longer on Garners Creek Rd, it is now Gilliam Hollow.  This is about 5 miles, country road with some turns, follows a little creek, and watch for deer.  Gilliam Hollow will dead end at Yellow Creek Road.  Turn left at Yellow Creek Rd and drive about another 4 or 5 miles.  Ruskin Cave will be on the left at the bridge where Yellow Creek crossed under.  If you see Jewel Cave, you have gone too far, turn around and drive less than a mile back.  Turn into the gated drive for Ruskin and drive back to the parking area.  It is paved, however a bit of a walk to the actual Cave.  We will have a cart to drive people back and forth if they cannot or don’t want to make the walk.  Please dress casually and comfortably, heels and dresses will make it more challenging.  It may be cool in the cave, so you may also want a sweater. Each family bring a finger food side and a finger food dessert, and if you want, bring your lounge chairs (there will be chairs and tables there also).  Jason Chapel is providing the fried chicken!
